Raw materials supply also helps to speed up production throughput for your parts even more. We have organized parts storage at our company right down to the last detail, having invested a lot of time in advance planning- time that our customers now save. That way, we ensure that initial stocks always remain low – and on-time delivery of the turned parts is assured.
In our in-house tool-grinding shop, we can grind carbide, twist and step drills as well as section steels, thread millers and circular saws. Diamond grinding wheels are dressed, workshop drawings are generated, as are programs and illuminated drawings for NC grinding machines. The mechanical department ensures that machines are regularly serviced and, if necessary, repaired. In addition, the employees here produce various tools and equipment for their own needs.
